Everyone knows it’s pretty stupid to publish their e-mail address on the internet (like I did on my sidebar because I’m such a rebel & I just don’t give a crap!) so they spell out “name at mailplace dot com” and word on the street is that in some instances those can be read by spammers or satan or someone.
Now there’s this service - ReCAPTCHA - that gives you a few lines of code to post in place of your e-mail address. It hides your e-mail address behind a CAPTCHA and then delivers your address to them in a handy little pop-up.
OH AND DID I MENTION THAT IT’S FREE.
